Andy, it’s disappointing that you chose to attack me and my faith rather than to address the focus of my post: the cover-up and full knowledge of the Church hierarchy and the blatant hypocrisy therein. You can say what you will, but you do not know me from my blog post any more than I know you. As a Christian, I’d simply advise you of exactly what I titled my post, in the words of Christ: “Let he who hath no sin cast the first stone.” And we have come full-circle. Godspeed to you, and may The Lord, our God, open your heart to civility toward those with whom you may not agree.

Do you think Christ is happy with your buddy Barack on that one? What a joke.

If you don’t believe homosexuality is a sin, or that murdering a baby is a sin, that’s okay. You have a right to think that way. We don’t live in an Orwellian society. But don’t support those things and then pretend to be a Christian, because you’re not. Like I said, a Hindu who frequents KFC is not a Hindu.

That will never happen because the pews and the collection baskets would be even more empty.

There are about 5-7 southern, and red, states that are not going to accept the money for federal funding of ACA programs. That is, until after their gubernatorial elections in November. Whaddya want to bet that they all pose with the big checks and take credit after that, a la stimulus??? They are also, sadly, states with 20% uninsured. Ah, that kinder, gentler conservatism.

I watched Chuck Todd this morning. The head of Planned Parenthood was his guest. In Texas, they’re defunding all healthcare programs that benefit women.

What folks don’t know. The war that Republicans have been waging under the radar against minority voters, women, and the middle class.

The GOP uses Orwellian language to promote their agenda, like the Doctor Patient Medical Association (DPMA), another GOP backed group that’s working to repeal the healthcare law.
